Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Hindi Inbound/Outbound Voice Process)
Job Location:
Chennai
Scope
Primarily to manage Inbound, outbound and EMail/NonVoice Contact Center Operations for providing support to Airtel Retail Stores for Prepaid and Postpaid products:
Inbound Desk / Outbound:
Hotline support to Airtel retail center representatives.
EMail/SR to be raised for cases which cannot be resolved on incoming call.
Follow-up with backend team (Airtel Circle Team, Managed Services team, IT team etc.)for issue resolution
Updating and close looping of issues with respective Airtel retail center representatives.
Email Desk:
Response to emails sent by Airtel retail center representatives.
EMail/SR to be raised for cases which needs inputs and support from backend teams.
Follow up with backend team (Airtel Circle Team, Managed Services team, IT team etc.)for issue resolution
Updating and close looping of issues with respective Airtel retail center representatives via emails.
Service provider needs to support for issues and queries including but not limited to following scenarios:
AV related issues
Activation related issues
NMS related requirements
Provisioning related
MNP Cases
Payment related issues
Data Issues


Salary: Sal rage from INR 12000 to 13000 CTC
Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience: Freshers or 6 - 12 months of working experience in Service / Hospitality Industry; Preferred in Call Center
Language 2 Hindi and Regional Proficiency level (Based on Language Proficiency Grid as below)

Job Description and Requirements

Answer phones and respond to customer requests
Provide customers with product and service information
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff (as and when asked for)
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and applications
Follow-up on customer inquiries, if not immediately resolved
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls

Process Kannada Voice Process- CTC CTC: 13000/PM. (Take Home salary would be 11000 /-PM

Experience 0 to 2 Yrs
Language- Average communication (English) with & Good in Kannada Language can apply
Role/Responsibility
Should adhere to the policies and procedures laid down by the Client.
Should have good analytical and numeric abilities
Should achieve optimum productivity as per the fixed bench marks
Experience in Indian Telecom products and processing knowledge is must
Fundamental expectation-Good written and verbal communication

HR Personal Interview, Passage Writing & Typing Test.


Type - VOICE - OUTBOUND - AIRTEL TELUGU COLLECTIONS
Process Telugu Voice Process SALARY Range Between: 9000-10000/-PM

Age-18 to 25 yrs
Education-HSC/Any Graduate can apply candidates also eligible to apply
Industry-Any Org / Added advantage if they come from telecom Domain
Experience 0 to 2 Yrs
Language- Average com (English) with & Good in Telugu Language can apply
Role/Responsibility
Should adhere to the policies and procedures laid down by the Client.
Should have good analytical and numeric abilities
Should achieve optimum productivity as per the fixed bench marks
Experience in Indian Telecom products and processing knowledge is must
Fundamental expectation-Good written and verbal communication
