- Presentable and extremely humble, always be well dressed in formals
- Should be flexible with timings
- Should have a good database of brokers along with good relations with brokers, especially IPCs.
- Knowledge of MS office suite is a must
- Eager enough to show the client space
- Should be very polite while talking to clients and brokers and aggregators.
- Knowledge to generate leads through the various platform is important
- A proper follow up on the leads is required.
- Should be able to coordinate with accounts team for proper invoicing and rentals
- Should be able to add up to brokers database
- Should be able to increase the revenue of the site given
- Should be able to make offers for the clients
- Should know how to market in order to generate maximum leads
- Should be able to cold-call people and retention and relation with client will be very important.
Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 6,00,000 PA.
